At Enameled Tech, we are committed to delivering your books safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered after a purchase is made on our website.
Once an order is placed, it is carefully reviewed and processed within 1–2 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, order processing and shipping may take additional time.
After dispatch, orders are delivered through trusted courier partners. The estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days, depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, and other external factors. Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or regional restrictions.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the checkout page before the order is confirmed. We currently ship across India, subject to courier service coverage in the delivery area.
Once your order has been shipped, shipment confirmation and tracking details may be shared via email or SMS (if available). Customers are advised to use the tracking information to monitor delivery status.
In case of delayed deliveries, lost shipments, or courier-related issues, Enameled Tech will assist customers by coordinating with the courier partner; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
If a package is received in a damaged condition, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer will not be our responsibility.
