Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The book must be unused, unread, and in original condition

  • The book must be returned with original packaging

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Books damaged due to customer handling

  • Digital books (PDFs / eBooks)

  • Books purchased during special offers or clearance sales (if mentioned)

Damaged or Incorrect Books

If you receive:

  • A damaged book

  • An incorrect book

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned book:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by:

    • Enameled Tech, if the product is damaged or incorrect

    • Customer, if the return is due to personal reasons

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect books

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The exchange product will be delivered within 10-15 days.
